AussieTitanFan08
Not sure if it's a case of there only 4 teams being left in the playoffs and more NFL Media are turning their attention to the draft, but this week is the first time I have started seeing Ohio St WR Parris Campbell being talked about as a potential 1st round pick. Given his explosive speed 4.26s hand held 40yd dash time, I guess it shouldn't be surprising he is starting to get more attention in the draft process, if not for his all to regular frustrating concentration drops he would probably be considered a lock for the first round. With the Titans desperate need for speed he could be a name to watch in April.
titanskick8851
Do you feel like his best spot in the slot? Or outside? He seemed to run most of his routes from the slot, but with his speed he could adjust to the Z position. Obviously there is a lot to like with his Speed. The question may be, will he be there in the 2nd round for us?

With the desperate search for speed in the NFL it will be a surprise if he makes it out of the first round in April.

I would say Tyreek Hill could be a good comparison to him in terms of speed. May be a bit more of a long-strider though. He could be someone we target, but like we've discussed a lot will depend on free agency.

When you watch all those jet sweeps Campbell ran at Ohio St, Tyreek Hill was the first comparison I also thought of.

It would be really nice to have our own version of Tyreek Hill, but once we know who our OC is that will also help us target who would be a good fit for the offense. tgo
Questionable hands right? So basically a faster Taywan Taylor?
ctm
I posted he was a 1st rounder a few weeks ago and was told that he was a 2nd rounder or that we could get a similar player in the 2nd. I even posted videos. Our nightmare scenario is that he goes to the colts either at the bottom of the 1st or pick #34.
headhunter
I dunno why but Im just having trouble fully evaluating him. Hes not a traditonal WR that is gonna be your #2 starter. Could he play in a heavy run formation if its not a screen? Hes more of a gadget player. And I just dont see 4.2 speed
titansfan
I could definitely see him making it to our 2nd round pick. Teams do fall in love with speed so he could be overdrafted, but he has questionable hands, bad route running ability, and he doesn't make clean breaks which makes it easier for him to defend despite his 4.3 speed. rns90
Questionable hands, bad route running? Sounds like the perfect Titans WR!
Adams
His speed is legit. Not sure about a top 20 pick though.

Nevermind. Getting players confused.
