Paul Manafort shared 2016 polling data with Russian employee, according to court filing

This is the direct link between Trump Campaign and Russia.  It is what campaign experts assumed took place for Russia to known where to target.  Russia only had the tools to interfere, but not the directions of what groups and parts of the country to target. Russia could not have known whom to target with the precision that was shown.

Based on these legal filing by Manafort, Mueller is stating that the Trump Campaign gave the Russian the blueprint to where the Campaign's internal polling that showed where Russia should concentrate efforts both in support of Trump and to weaken support for Clinton. Evidently Mueller has evidence of these transactions.

The special counsel alleged Manafort “lied about sharing polling data with Mr. Kilimnik related to the 2016 presidential campaign,” according to the unredacted filing, and discussed Ukrainian politics with Kilimnik during that time.

whoooooa,... "allowing access to top secret info" blah, blah,  butter emails --  ignores that this has already been confirmed by extensive FBI follow up investigations to have not happened

How predictable is it that Trump supporters are staring evidence that his campaign manager colluded with a hostile foreign government in the face and their only response is "what's the big deal?"... a

Remember you referred to it as the Russian hoax but every since its been a series of, "that's all", even though each event has been more damning?     The term is "useful idiot".

Wow, he shared polling data.

Internal polling data is the base and heart of a professional campaign. It directs where resources are to be deployed to strengthen the candidate's electoral success and weaken the opponent's. All actions and decisions stem from them.  By sharing that data with Russia, Russia's interference, steered by that data, was synonymous with Trump Campaign activities.  It would basically be Trump Campaign managing/directing Russia's efforts.

For the last two years, legal and election experts said that if there were  a conspiracy between the Trump Campaign and Russia, sharing internal polling data for Russian actions would likely be the centerpiece of that connection.

Manafort Shared Polling Data with Alleged Russian Spy

January 8, 2019 at 2:55 pm EST By Taegan Goddard 12 Comments

“Special counsel Robert Mueller has accused former Trump campaign chief Paul Manafort of sharing polling data with an alleged Russian spy during the 2016 presidential campaign, a new court filing by Manafort’s criminal defense lawyer has accidentally revealed,” CNBC reports.

“The alleged spy, Konstantin Kilimnik, is a former business associate of Manafort’s who is criminally charged with working with him to try to tamper with potential witnesses against Manafort before his scheduled federal criminal trials last summer.”

“Manafort’s lawyers meant for those accusations by Mueller to be sealed from public view. The sections containing the accusations are blacked out in an otherwise public document filed in federal court… But those sections are easily viewable when the sections are copied in a word processing file, and then pasted into a new document.”

Washington Post: “The apparently inadvertent revelation indicates a pathway by which the Russians could have had access to Trump campaign data.”

How about you show us what exactly the Russians did with that data that was so spectacular to help Trump beat one of the most unlikeable people to ever run for president.  I guess sharing polling data is a similar crime to allowing access to top secret and confidential information (like Hillary did).

Are you really this dense? If they shared internal polling data with the Kremlin with the explicit reasoning of affecting the election is a conspiracy to defraud the United States. Now they have to tie it to Trump

They say they were trying to hide it, but I doubt it. This was a purposeful leak.

Some are proposing that this, campaign link, is why Mueller was willing to work with Manafort, and indicates Mueller is targeting someone higher than Manafort.  Either Manafort's lies became so severe Mueller cut ties with him, or more likely, Mueller got enough evidence without Manafort.

It is also being reported that Manafort shared a DNA test with Russia but Mueller is ignoring that, opinion that it is silly for people to take DNA tests to share and is therefore dismissing that.

What the ever loving fuck do you think collusion looks like? Damn.

Communication: check

Russian gains: check

Trump gains: check (including millions from a Trump tower deal)

Coordination: check

I mean geez dude. Come on.

The dim Cons believe collusion to be Hilary sending correspondence through the internet. Perhaps demons in the basement of a pizza shop. Idiots.

....

Do you seriously just not care about the Russian Federation influencing our election and engaging in conspiracies with domestic organizations and people in order to do so, to get their desired outcome?
