Titans to Hire Frank Piraino as S&C Coach

It makes you wonder though, because he has no NFL experience and the NFL is a lot different than college. More Games + Playoffs.

It's a longer, more grueling ordeal and it's a different animal from a strength and conditioning perspective than college.

In other words...he's not Watterson!

No one can ever even dream to be Watterson.

Oh good catch. Vrabel and Meyer are tight, so that recommendation probably solidified the hire with Vrabel and his son knowing the guy personally and Vrabel being close with Addazio at BC.

Well...

He got the job because he's buddies with Vrabel.

6 years as S&C coach for Boston College

1 year at Marshall

Assistant S&C at Florida for 5 years

S&C coordinator for Florida baseball for 1 year

S&C assistant at Notre Dame for 1 year

S&C assistant at Michigan State for two years.

Was an assistant coach at the high school level for a couple years and was a strength and conditioning intern for the Cleveland Indians for a couple years.

Bachelor's in Sports Science from Akron, Master's in sports administration from Michigan state.

PK described him as known as an old school tough guy amongst the college ranks, but also forward thinking and adaptable.

Sounds about right.

Vrabel’s son also goes to BC and plays football there.

Yep.

Boston College is our second "college farm", along with Ohio State hah.
