Kubiak should be option 1, Mike LaFleur option 2. Self destruct option 3.

Kubiak would be my number one choice all day, but Denver is blocking him from leaving so far.

I'm serious would Mike McCarthy take a coordinator job?  He'd be my #1 target easily.  Perfect system for Mariota.

Oh god could you imagine him and Vrabel together?

Well Haley was the head coach of Kansas City while Vrabel was there right?

That would be awful.

It would be a worse disaster than the Browns situation.

So instead of Rodgers running around and playing street ball to save a failed play, he'd watch Mariota run around like a chicken with his head cut off.  Sacked!  And he's down again......

I could see McVay letting us bring one of his guys in again. He can readily replace them and it’s a real good look for him in terms of finding assistants that he let someone make a lateral move to call plays and now he is a HC a year later.

I prefer Flip, but that's more due to lingering regret from not getting him last year.

Would Munchak prefer N'ville over Denver?

Munch is an Oline coach, not an OC. I think he's better suited to management, not playcalling.

Kubiak seems happy doing FO work in Denver. Also if he wanted to coach he could easily get a HC job. I don’t think he would do OC unless he thought it was better for his health.

I think a lot of that is Rodgers freelancing.  McCarthy is out of the Walsh tree.  He runs the same offense that Reid runs in KC.  I've always said it would be perfect for Mariota.

Focus on the QB and the running game takes a backdoor.  That's what he needs.

So if the Titans hire DeFilippo and the Vikings hire Mularkey does that mean that the Titans traded LaFleur and Mularkey for DeFilippo?  Would they get a pick as well?
