Have you ever had a valid take on anything? Serious question. You seem to not only be misinformed but incredibly basic in your analysis of football in general.

The difference between you and me, is that I know when I say something that's ignorant as fuck.

He wasn't hired for his leadership. He was hired because he knows SMV offense and can call those plays. If leadership was key, nobody would be saying, "teams are going for offensive minded coaches," and Jeff Fisher would still be coaching. Munch would have never lost his job.

I had a huge post typed up in response to this but I'm not going to bother.

FYI though, LaFleur's offense is more Kyle Shanahan than McVay.

Doubt it, as evidenced by numerous posts on here.

Youre so far off base with the duties of a head coach. Have you even been paying attention to what Vrabel does with our own guys?

Don’t you think J Rob has his guy in mind. When Mularkey was fired it wasn’t for McDaniels as everybody thought. He wanted Vrabel. Have to think this is a done deal whoever it is.

Probably. Hard to say.

I wonder if we had shown any interest in DeFilippo or others and that they're waiting for dominos to fall?

If we haven't heard anything by Friday, it will be crystal clear that it is likely a playoff coach.

It will be interesting to see what the Cardinals and Lions do.

Caldwell will for sure be joining the staff in Miami, presumably as OC.

Then I've seen Bevell linked to the Cincinnati gig.

It seems like the Lions are waiting on O'Shea or someone to me.

My money is still on Waldron for us.

It is strange that Morhinweg hasn't so much as been mentioned with any team. Maybe he ends up as a position coach somewhere.

P.S. - You know who would know Waldron even better than Vrabel? (due to his time in the operations department at New England)

Jon Robinson.

You know who else knows Waldron really well?

Matt LaFleur.

No doubt they've all been consulted.
