headhunter
Legit question because I know the easy answer is to put pressure on Luck but looks like nobody can get to him.
Titanstattoo25
Hope he hurts his shoulder again? I am not sure u have an answer. Excited to see them play Mahomes. If you told me today they were going to win the Super Bowl I wouldn’t be shocked. I’d be pissed but not shocked.

nine
Gonna be tough, for sure. The last two years were the Titans’ best shot at winning the division, and they came up a game short im both years. Next year it gets tougher. titanruss

TitanDuckFan
You start by playing defense against them. This season they put 833 yards and 71 points on the Titans. And it wasn't all Luck. They had 260 yds rushing and scored 3 TDs on the ground. They run a very balanced attack with just about a 50:50 split Run:Pass count.

woolfolksunclesuncle
The way that you beat any other team/player in the league----dominant pass rush and elite quarterback. Of which, we have neither. Former_Fan, and IsntLifeFunny

That "20th ranked rushing offense" put 158 rushing yards and a TD on the Titans' defense in week 17. They ran more than they passed, 36:35. They had 8 first downs running the ball. (the mighty Derrick Henry had 4) TOP was roughly 2:1 in their favor. Play Defense first, then talk about beating them with your offense.

The simple fact is that if another team has an elite QB and you don't, you are at a significant disadvantage. It's why NE has ruled its conference for decades, and why GB did the same. They are going to put up points and make big plays when it matters. You've have to be capable of doing the same. Smokes

The "simple fact is" the Titans didn't stop the Indy offense this year. They weren't even a speed bump. You think Manning won his last Superbowl? Everyone else says Denver's defense did that. You guys see only one path to success in this league and it's bullshit. When Indy puts over 800 yards and 71 points on your defense running a balanced attack, you have issues that go FAR beyond your QB. They ran 132 plays against the Titans this season and exactly half of them were rushing plays. With 16 rushing 1st Downs. Buy a fucking clue. You want every game to resemble MNF between the Rams and the Chiefs. That's not realistic, and it's not the reason most of us follow this game. Putting points on the board helps the defense too. DecepticonShawn
