Jeremiah doesn't love him, has him 34 on his top 50 Big Board, only reason he mocked him at 6 is because all the speculation linking Jones to the Giants due to the David Cutcliffe connection to the Manning's.

Remember these mocks are what they are hearing the teams will do, not what they would do.

I heard a podcast with him and Bucky earlier this week and they both said he was the safest of the QB prospects.  I guess that's not necessarily "love" but it's definitely higher on him than I am.

You can love Vrabel or hate Vrabel but he's earned respect.  That dude puts in the work and he's as real as it gets.  Happiest I've been with a HC that I can ever remember.  I hope he puts it all toge

The ESPN Titans draft coverage truly is embarrassing, less than a week out from the draft they hold a prime time mock draft special as a dress rehearsal for their actual draft coverage with McShay &am

The Titans played 2 TE sets on 26% of sets last year.  They played 3TE on 13% of plays.  They played 3WR on 58% of plays.  SO, a few things here.     1.  They were only successful in 3WR set

Chris Lindstrom, OG, Boston College

His name hasn't been discussed as much as the draft's other top linemen, but teams will be surprised at this point if Lindstrom doesn't go in the first round -- perhaps even top 20, thanks to his athletic ability, smarts and versatility. He helped himself with a solid Senior Bowlweek. Some believe he can play center, too.

Jeffery Simmons, DT, Mississippi State

At minimum, Simmons will start his rookie season on reserve/PUP, and many teams believe he'll be a medical redshirt for 2019 after tearing his ACL during training in mid-February. Simmons told me at Mississippi State's pro day that he also suffered what he called a minor meniscus tear, which doctors repaired -- a procedure that can complicate recovery and delay the normal six- to nine-month timetable. Some teams have concerns about how quickly Simmons was off crutches and traveling around on visits barely a month after reconstruction surgery.

"Before the injury, I think he would've gone top-20, even with the incident," a college scouting director said. "Now, I think he still goes (in Round 1), just because people are going to run out of first-round guys they've got a real conviction on."

I do think Simmons and Brown are the two favorites at 19. Both make sense. We need a dynamic pass catching threat and Davis cant be our only one. Humphries is a chain mover and that is a positive but doesnt necessarily open things up like Brown can. Brown fits the play action that we will heavily run and hes a great route runner already, I think thats what seperates him from the rest of the WRs. Ill have nightmares of our offense last year, it was so bad.

Simmons makes sense because hes an elite talent that needs a year to sit but hes worth the wait I think. By the time he starts Casey will be 30 years old. I do like him 10 times more tham Wilkins.

I think it's less about another pass catching threat, and more about have a guy with big play ability to take the ball the length of the field in we are once again relegated to mediocre QB play.  I personally think our QB needs to step it up so that we don't have to put so many resources into the players around him.  But we can't really trust him to do that

I'm just a bit disappointed we havent been linked to isabella but seem to be very linked to brown.

their tape is very similar.. their speed is probably equal. isabella had elite combine workouts and production... and he's basically the same height as brown but much much stronger and 20 lbs heavier.

This is how it needs to go down.

At #24 sits a sucker first time GM who is obsessed with AA, has a diva in the locker room who he must appease, and mentioned the lack of a 3rd round pick as being an issue.  We have our 1st and 3rd round picks for the #24 and #35 overall picks, so they can get Antonio Brown's cousin.  Meanwhile, we address the pass rush, interior OL , and get another weapon on offense, all within the first 2 rounds. Some sort of combination of Bradbury (or any of the top IOL), AJ Brown, Hockensen, Saunders, J. Ferguson.  We'd be in good shape.

So theoretically speaking who would u all want between Simmons,Burns,Tillery,Lawrence if the board fell that way and we were dead set on going Defense??Just curious they all have a few ?? marks but we’re just speaking hypotheticals.

In that order for me. I just don't think the team is in position to pick Simmons when he will possibly not be a huge contributor this season. We need a player that can make an impact day one.

D lineman are usually slow to develop so I wouldn't expect much till year two no matter who they pick. I could see them picking 2 tackles, one being a pass rushing specialist specifically which would offer more value this year.
