Popular Post OILERMAN
Listening to the establishment Democrats on the talk shows is pretty scary. They will stop at nothing to try and derail Bernie Sanders. Bernie Bros are mean? GTFO with that shit. Social media is like that with everyone. If Sanders is clearly the leader going into the convention and the establishment somehow tries to fix it Trump will win in a landslide MadMax, WG53, oldschool, and 2 others 4
Popular Post oldschool
Trump wants to run against Sanders without question. Sanders opens up MI and PA for him. Trump is also ahead in WI polls at present which means Trump wins the electoral map 270-268 if he retains WI and loses MI and PA while everything else stays the same. The naive stance that hatred of Trump is going to lead to record turnout and lead to any Democrat winning is based on nothing and shows a complete lack of understanding of the current breakdown in the Country. The guy is more popular than he's ever been before and only has a -5 net favorability rating which is down from -12 during the 2019 election cycle. https://www.politico.com/news/2020/02/21/congress-sanders-republicans-trump-116523 abenjami, tgo, Cornrow Wallace, and 2 others 4

I'm not sure what's the most reasonable out for the Dems, without flipping Wisconsin back. Maybe Florida?

Warren is probably the best overall option, but Baldwin would be another. The only other viable option may be Harris. If he chooses some polarizing lightweight like Nina Turner or whatever, it would be a very bad move considering his age and medical history. And would also be damaging politically. There will be plenty of options. But I’d avoid drawing from the senate pool, certainly from a state where it isn’t a lock they replace with a democrat.
