Red Sox vs. Dodgers MLB WS

Being a Dodger ain't easy. Too  much pressure on their shoulders on display. Too much history, 30 years of not winning a WS. That has to bite anyone's ass on that team.

You could argue the Cubs were in the same boat. If not having far more pressure. They got it done.

I do not dislike Red Sox (I do hate the Patriots to no end) first of all because they had to swallow a really long period of not arriving to the WS. That was called "The Bambino Curse". Then they also had become in a force..and hopefully not a pain in the ass team like their Patriots. Plus note: they are the Yankees arch-rivals.

Idk what any of this has to do with anything. But I'll join.

As an Os fan, they are just as bad if not worse than the Pats and their fans imo.

Their OF called Jones the N word.

They threw about 5 fastballs at Machados head because his cleat caught Pedroia on a slide to second.

During those fastballs to Machados head, which came from 3 or 4 different pitchers in 2 different games, not one warning.

Mookie gets plunked with a curveball (in the hip) our pitcher than gets tossed in the second inning. Still no warning. Immediately tossed. So because they went head hunting, and the umps didnt do shit about it, then the MLB had a talk with them because ppl were talking about it, then our guy/team is the one that suffers over a fucking curveball.

Fuck the Sox. And the MLB.

The Cubs arrived to win their 2016 WS in a great shape and tone. I think the pressure was more with their fans than within the team itself.

About the Red Sox, it has to do since they had one of the longest droughts also in the MLB, they were trashed talked by the Yankees fans for a long time too. They broke the Bambino Curse, referring to that Babe Ruth curse. And it was real.

The pressure storyline is BS. 3rd highest payroll in MLB and they were in the WS last year with basically the same team. They are expected to be in this position.

How is that story BS?

Why on how you jumped from a long-time story to mix it with a recent one?

These are professional athletes in a familiar position. They play 6-7 games per week for over 7 months out of the year. Get out of here with the pressure BS. The only pressure the dodgers are feeling is the pressure of the Red Sox dicks getting shoved up their ass.

There are many circumstances which enter into the equation. It isn't as easy as you seem to think it is.

It's baseball not a damn electric track.

Exactly it’s baseball. You have an opponent facing the same pressures of trying to win a WS. But your storyline is the dodgers are facing greater pressure? Get outta here.

Boston won the WS recently, of course it brings a doze of pressure but it isn't as piled up as the one at the Dodgers' side. Specially for the 30 years of drough.

It doesn't matter how you try to slice it. You...Giant-less world series follower.
