College uniforms are out of control

Recommended Posts

I’ve got GA Tech and Louisville on the tv right now (Yes, I know that’s pathetic). You can’t even read the Louisville names on the back of the jerseys. It’s dark red on black. It’s a red-carpet nightmare. For example, I don’t like USC, but their unis are traditional. And they don’t even have names on their jerseys.

Don’t like Bama either, but their jerseys go way back. Don’t make me wanna vomit. Lots of other examples of teams not going stupid with their unis, but lots of examples that do.

Is it Oregon’s fault? Should Phil Knight be made to wear a powder blue (or orange) tux ala Dumb and Dumber.

I gotta change the channel.

Ohio State's unis vs Nebraska were atrocious. Did not even know it was them. I thought it was Texas Tech and then I remembered that Nebraska is not in that conference any longer.

Kentucky messes around with their unis too much.

Bama's uniforms are beautiful.

I like the daring designs and variety. Yes, some kind of fail but they change them quickly enough when they get that feedback.

I've seen enough flat black helmets to last a lifetime.
