Conservatives  will believe any woman who states Clinton raped them BUT any other claims of rape must have video evidence to be believed.

It was always a big help when The Clinton Machine kicked into gear acting as if there was some there there.

Why would i say anything since they were just following the Biden rule.

That’s cute. So, tell us when has the Biden rule been used against a nominee not named Merrick Garland.

In fact, tell us when did the GOP adopt or ratify the “Biden Rule”?

Really?  You want to bring that up?  Either you are the dumbest idiot on this board or you have had a brain injury.  You just proved the double standard exists.  What should really happen now is for Kavanaugh to line up a bunch of friends of his that claim to have had sex with the slut and how she was opening her legs for every guy in the school.  Now that would be the Clinton way and the libtards, like yourself, would be putting on your golf shoes so you could jump on her.

Obviously this needs to be investigated further.  Especially since this is a conservative.  If this is Biden feeling up some 7 yr old.....  hey let it go.  He might run for president.  Selective morals.

Truth hurts...ah.

Well, let's say they do delay the hearing. At least there is some kind of reason...whereas with Garland they just did because they could.

Both parties are now going to testify in an opening hearing scheduled for Monday of next week..  That was just confirmed by R-Sen. Kennedy of Alabama.

Kavanaugh said today that he didn't attend the party in question even though the location of the party hasn't been made public.

The FBI needs to do a background investigation of the party and those that attended so that the veracity of both parties can be examined with the known facts during the hearing.

He seriously said that. How would he know what party.

But FBI background investigations are conducted under specific procedures and through requests from government agencies -- which in Kavanaugh’s case would come from the White House, said the two people who asked not to be identified discussing the sensitive matter.

It's really dumb on his part.  A witness who was there could simply state the opposite and obliterate his lie.

Assuming Flake is being sincere and it sounds as if he is:

Flake Urges Delay to Senate Vote on Kavanaugh

September 16, 2018 at 7:36 pm EDT By Taegan Goddard Leave a Comment

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) told the Washington Post that Christine Blasey Ford, who claims that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh attempted to rape her while they were in high school, “must be heard” and urged the Senate Judiciary Committee not to vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination until it has a chance to hear more from her.

Said Flake: “I’ve made it clear that I’m not comfortable moving ahead with the vote on Thursday if we have not heard her side of the story or explored this further.”

Flake is one of the committee’s 21 members. Republicans hold a 11-to-10 majority on the panel.

If Flake sticks to his word, then the committee vote would be 11-10 No on sending it to the floor for a vote and Flake would require the accuser be heard.

I suspect if her accusations are true, Kavanaugh, if he has any morals, would step away and give up the position. If he does stick with it, his only chance is if the lady is too timid to come before the Senate because if she does and is credible, it seems hard that Kavanaugh could get all the Republicans votes in the Me-Too movement.

President Trump is going to go ballistic on Senator Flake.

Lol
