A must watch/hear:

He could convince his 35% that the Redskins are going to win the Stanley Cup.

He still acts like he's negotiating with cash strapped mom and pop contractors. Start out with some ridiculous position and then force them to negotiate. The mid-terms weakens his hands. I don't see Republicans going along with a shutdown.

Dems should just replay his speeches and crowds shouting, Mexico will pay for the wall.

He’d have to be a complete moron to cause a government shutdown heading into the midterm elections.

So it will probably happen...

he's probably doing it so that theres an issue raising staff to combat the eventual russian hacking of the vote.

its going to happen. they have said it will happen.

He doesn't care!!  His followers don't care!!  All they know is they have been told by the echo-chamber and some relevant facts that the wall will make them safer and protect the American way of life.  25bil is pennies to them at this point and there is no rationalizing or fact checking sufficient to overcome this perception.

Just saw a video of Individual 1 telling Schumer and Pelosi that he would shut down the government if he didn't get his wall.  He literally said that.  Now he owns it.

So Mexico is shutting down the US government by not paying? Interesting...
