Legaltitan
Of course the Russians will not be extradicted to the United States and serve any time in jail. These Russians indicted today will never see the inside of a US courtroom, much less a jail. So now I have a question for you guys: if these indictments will never lead to the arrest of any of those charged, why do you think team Mueller went through so much trouble and research in drafting the indictments? Popular Post Legaltitan
Mueller is not getting his ass kicked in court, that is stupidity. This comes from a knee jerk reaction back in the days when Mueller's team sought to delay a hearing, and the Trumpites, who for whatever reason are gleefully rooting for Russian criminals to defeat American law enforcement in Court (it really is easier when you just think of it as a cult), all said "oh hooo! They called his bluff oh my god Mueller got owned by team Russia!" That turned out to be much adoo about nothing. It is always humerous though when people who know nothing about legal cases draw stupid conclusions. Asked and answered above---if you are going to charge conspiracy, then you have to prove the underling crime first. Legaltitan
BTW, remember when the Judge in the EDVa case against Manafort had tough questions for Mueller's team, and again the Trumpites, who are gleefully cheering for criminals and Russians to beat law enforcement, all chimed in and said "OMG Mueller is really going to get it now!!!" How did that work out? Here's a hint: that's the same Judge this week who put an end to Manafort's musical jail cell game, and said his new jail is quite capable of protecting terrorists and traitors. Or something like that. pat, begooode, and Justafan 2

Hey @MadMax, CTM is taking you up on your offer...dude is spinning it. My version of spin is quoting directly from the indictment: On or about August 15, 2016, the Conspirators ... wrote to a person who was in regular contact with senior members of the presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump So how are you spinning this? pamo9, IsntLifeFunny, and Justafan 2
Legaltitan
Don't worry guys, things look grim for now but there is always hope for you guys that Russian intelligence officers who committed crimes against the US will defeat the loathsome FBI! ctm
Rosenstein briefed Trump about this before he left. But just today, Trump still claimed it was a witch hunt. Why does he still claim this with all this evidence in front of him? Why???

That's just an outright lie. The indictment itself discusses 2 if not 3 unnamed Americans that were conspirators. Maybe even more. Justafan

Look at it this way. In light of all this evidence both from our own intelligence agencies and Mueller's indictments why isn't Trump saying: The Russians hacked our election but my campaign had no part in it. That's his best defense. But he's not saying that. He's still claiming, even today, it's all a witch hunt. Justafan

You have his followers right in this very thread openly cheering for Russian criminals to defeat, in Court, American law enforcement. So it should come as no surprise that the man they follow does the same thing, but in biglier fashion.
