The moment you realize you're not on GSW level lmao

Losing Iggy has hurt the warriors. They are having to put Bell and Looney out there. They haven’t played poorly but having a vet like Iggy out there is hard to replace.

Shots just weren’t falling for the warriors at the end of game 4. Shots aren’t falling early in game 5. I think it’s pretty clear the warriors have the upper hand on talent but Houston has been making the shots when they need to. I wouldn’t be shocked if this series goes 7 games.

7 at this point doesn't seem to be a long shot but a lot of time in game 5 here. If GSW does pull this out, GSW would be dumb to not go for broke in game 6.

This game is just like game 4. Warriors just aren’t hitting the clutch shots.

The moment you realize you are down 3 games to 2 to the Rockets......

Not really sweating it. Games 4 and 5 were winnable games. CP3 strained hammy and getting Iggy back should help warriors.

If CP is even down to 75%, i dont see how HOU could win

Losing Mbah a Moute to a dislocated shoulder in the 2nd to last game of the season has really hurt the Rockets. He was critical all year and a premiere perimeter defender. Morey signed him solely to guard Durant. He's been hard to replace.

Shots haven't been falling for the Rockets either. Everyone making excuses for the Warriors, but the fact is, the Rockets have been better than them all year. It just a question of closing it out without Paul now.

Lol you think mhab a moute can stop KD? Ok.

Shots have been falling for the rockets at the end of the game. Both teams are playing at a pretty even level imo. Games 4 and 5 were coin tosses. Idk who is making excuses for the warriors. Not making critical shots is just apart of basketball. Refs have been pretty good this series. Both teams have gotten the shitty end of some calls. Rockets are a good team and have been playing at a high level all year. I’m not taking anything away from them. I do believe the warriors are a far superior team in terms of talent and when they are playing their best basketball no one can beat them.

If CP is out or less than 100% warriors will be the favorite these last two games.

MIT PhD Daryl Morey targeted Moute and PJT for ability to switch vs the Warriors. That's it. He didn't care about match-ups with any other teams, and he said that on the record last summer.

Losing one of them at the worst time threw a wrench in the master plan.

What's happened so far isn't luck, but analytics to the extreme. Rockets were built solely to beat the Warriors.

Shouldn't they be the favorite even with CP3 playing? Aren't they a dynasty with 4 hall of famers in their prime?

Not only could he not gaurd KD but HOU has been playing very good D without Luc.

He is not that important of a piece as OF and others want to make him out to be.

Iggy has obviously hurt GSW more thab Luc not being there is hurting HOU.

CP out game 6. Gaurenteed to go 7. CP not 100% for game 7, they lose.

Its sad really. Spurs went from thinking they can beat them to losing a player and coming up short.

Same thing could happen to HOU.

And the team everyone has said is the best of all time, got beat by Bron (3-5) and Kyrie and squeaked past SA and HOU due to injuries.....

Maybe LeBron shouldn't get a pass for losing to GSW.....

But isn’t the facts that Houston has been better than GS all year?

You clearly don't understand analytics. Morey ran the data and simulations, and made the requisite signings. Ability to switch to guard all 5 positions was the key to beating the Warriors and Morey said Moute and PJT were the league's best at it according to the data. You cant just play man and out-score them. Moute's data said he caused more deflections and turnovers from Durant than just about anyone else. Hence the signing.

Morey predicted homecourt and reducing the series to best of 3 with 2 at home after the Moute and PJT signings. The numbers played out exactly as its happened in reality.

Yes, but why? Analytics. Not because of talent or luck.

However, the numbers also said the Rockets shooting pctgs. would be higher than they've been. It's possible the Rockets shoot far better in games 6 and or 7. The numbers should return closer to the expected mean eventually.

But they are winning withiut him and GSW doesn't look like the GSW we know.

Not saying Luc isnt a damn good defender. Im saying he is not that important to HOUs ability to play great D. That has been evident throughout this series.

And being able to play all 5 positionz against GSW is not that hard. Their biggest man is Durant, who im sure we all admit is a damn there impossible cover, even for Luc.

Green, Ariza, and Tucker all have no problem switching onto any of GSWs players. And they are all pretty good defenders. Which makes Luc expendable. Much more than Iggy is to GSW.

Shoot far better on the road without CP3 in game 6? Good luck....
