Rockets have already peaked. They're burnt toast in the playoffs.

Burnt toast went 3-4 against a team that has gone 24-3 against the rest of the NBA during the last two postseasons.

Should have beat them. Too bad CP is old and fragile these days.

OKC will at worst be a 5 seed. Good news is, once they take out Utah, they will most likely see yall in round two

And where exactly will the mighty OKC Thunder finish next season? 2nd? 3rd? 4th? Now that they're rid of Melo, can't be worse than 5th....:lolabove:

Idk why you're laughing. They weren't worse than 5th....

And any one of those are options this year.  That team will be better without Melo.

They barely finished 4th last season, tied with two other teams. Now they will be without Roberson probably until late December/early January.

I didn't say they were worse than 5th last season, the reason I'm laughing is your dim-witted insistence that OKC is a lock to make the playoffs.

Obviously their defense will be improved without Melo, but they're severely lacking in depth and will struggle just to score 100 points most games.

And Portland barely finished third. And the 9th team missed out on finishing 3rd by 3 games. Yes, the West is deep. How many times you want to go over this?

They are. They are just as good if not better. Portland, NO,  and MINN (once they trade Butler) will all more than likely be worse. LA will be better. OKC, barring major injury, makes the playoffs, no doubt. Idc if it's by 10 games, a half game, or a tie. They make it and I'd put money on it.

Their depth is better than yalls. Try and challenge it. Even with your latest trade. They just need Roberson back.

So Schroder, Felton, Ferguson, Abrines, Grant, and Noel are a better bench than Gordon, Melo, MCW, Green, Nene, and Brandon Knight? Whatever.

Yes.

Gordon and Green are doing what's expected of them. Melo is up and down and MCW has been fucking atrocious so far and hasn't stepped up at all with CP out.  Your depth goes 8 men deep. 5 starters, Melo, Green, Gordon. We'll see about Knight and Nene if they ever get on the court.

So yea, your depth is weak.

Knight only played 4 minutes in his first game back, and they still managed to outscore the Lakers bench.

Better luck next month when they come back here on a Saturday night on ABC with a national audience all hoping to see LBJ play well.

Luckily for Houston there are now 12 other players ahead of them in the rotation:

Harden, CP3, Capela, Gordon, PJ Tucker, Nene, Ennis, Green, Danuel House, Brandon Knight, Gary Clark, and Isaiah Hartenstein.

Them? You do realize melo is gone? You do realize yall have been better without him even though you were certain yall got better from last year mostly due to him?

It's funny yall have a losing record and you brag that about 20% of your wins have come against a team you thought would barely make the playoffs.

Actually he's technically still on the roster, just not with the team. Just imagine if LeBron was lost for the season the Lakers probably would have been forced to make a trade for Melo out of pure desperation to salvage their season. Let's see if he can play at OKC and Houston this week.
