Fair or foul? (MVP Race Talk)

Weren't you laughing at the fact that they added Brewer? Looks like they found their Luc Mbah a Moute.

Mbah a Moute just dislocated his shoulder, most likely out for at least the first round, probably the second round too.

It will definitely hurt their defense. Means more minutes for Nene, Ryan Anderson, and Gerald Green. Hopefully he'll be back for the WCF.

Every player in NBA history to average 30 PPG on a 65-win team has won the MVP that season, so it's probably safe to say Harden will too.

The others were Kareem, Jordan (twice), and Curry. Jordan got two of his rings in those seasons, Kareem got his first of six when he did it.

Curry's team blew a 3-1 lead against LeBron making him the only one in this group not to win a championship. Hopefully that will remain so.

That's quite the arguement on LeBrons behalf.

Then you factor in missing Love for a lot.

He lost a great player whereas Harden gained one.

And theu traded half their team away in the middle of the year.

Harden might win it, but its debatable on whether he is more deserving than LeBron.

Of course Lebron should win it, he should win it every single year by the basic definition of MVP. It's not how it works though and there's always too much politics involved in the award. In every sport it's the biggest sham.

Tom Brady SHOULD have like 8 MVPs now but the NFL throws the rest of a league a bone by not handing it to the unanimous GOAT every year.

Hockey is the only main sport I can think of that doesn't really have this conversation pop up every year.

He will win the MVP,  and it's far less debatable than whether Harden was more deserving last year than Westbrick was.

That's worst than Lonzo......

When did Lonzo ever take the court in a playoff game? Maybe next year, on second thought probably not. If he's not out of the NBA in 2-3 years, maybe.

Your MVP got carried

That's because true MVP's make the players around them better. Unlike those who only care about padding their own stats.....

Like that makes a difference? Your MVP made the playoffs every year of his career. The first few because he was carried by RW and KD.

There is no excuse for the supposed MVP and leader of a team to go 2-18. Fucking horrific. If that was LeBron, he'd get blasted. But no one brings it up about Harden.

Why? Cuz no one cares about overrated Harden.

And Ball out of the league in 2 years? Lmao god you're a moronic hater.

Did you know, Ball averaged more assists and rebounds as a rookie than Harden did in any of his first 6 years in the league? Lmao. MVP though. And Ball is a bust. Straight retard, bro. Bigly!

Did you know he averaged more blocks than Harden ever has....

Did you know he averaged more steals as a rookie than Harden in his first 3 years?

Did you know, for Lonzo,  a guy ppl says cant shoot, had just as good of a 2p% in his rookie year as your boy Harden in his rookie year?

Keep being retarded.

Yes, Westbrook didn't make Adams a better player. He didn't allow PG to become the best defneder he has ever been in his career.

Meanwhile, you say Harden makes ppl better yet get made at those who say Capela is only as good as he is because of Harden and Paul. And you want to say he's the best up and coming big as if he isn't being served dunks on a silver platter.

So what is it, is Capela the best up and coming C, or is he only as good as he is because Harden is elevating him? Can't have it both ways dumb dumb.

Harden needs to prove he is not the Peyton Manning of the NBA.   Let's see how the rest of the playoffs goes, and how well he plays in the big games.   There should be no excuse for Houston to not make the western conf championship.   No matter how well he plays, they may still loose to GSW.
