"A quarterback does not come into his own, until he can tell the coach to go to hell."   Johnny Unitas

The Mutiny has begun.     I call Bullshit on Mularkey here. If it was part of the GP why didn’t you run it earlier?

Face it: every single offensive player trusts Marcus more than the coaches.

That's great and all, but at the end of the day none of this stuff is going to make a difference because we're the Titans. For whatever reason, things that should matter, and things that should make a difference, just don't here. We'll trot out the same old bullshit this weekend and on into next year and waste another year of our franchise (?) QB's career.

Remember that drive against the Vikings in the opener last year?  They ran the no-huddle and he was calling the plays.  And, shocker, they went right down the field and scored.

Watching this is just depressing. It’s amazing how much more comfortable he looks out there. Also noticed he’s changed his stance in shotgun from last year.  Not sure why that is?

This definitely gives me more confidence in Marcus and the offense going forward.  Yes, Marcus absolutely still needs to work on his mechanics and pocket awareness; but he's not as lost as many of us had previously thought.  This is two weeks in a row now that a player has said something or let some verbage slip.  The coaches are losing the locker room, we need a change in leadership for next season.

We just need a change of philosophy offensively. The condensed formations aren't working, all the presnap adjustments aren't fooling anyone.  Spread the field and let Mariota sling it.

Two things happen when you spread the field.

1. Harder for defenses to disguise what they are doing.

2. Allows Mariota to make quicker decisions, which is the main reason he is so successful in the red zone and no huddle.
