So they'll be 8th but also barely beating out two teams that are currently playoff teams? Makes sense....

If OKC makes the playoffs, they could certainly back in. They should finish ahead of New Orleans, but there's no guarantee of that happening.

The Clippers aren't a current playoff team, so if OKC finishes ahead of them and the Pelicans then they could be the 8th seed. Makes perfect sense.

See how quick you are to respond when Westbrook becomes the only player to record back to back seasons averaging a triple double.

And then knocks yall out of the 2nd round come playoff time. I bet you'll be ghost for two+ weeks.

After Westbrooks  20, 20, and 9 performance last night, he is now averaging 10.3 assists

And with his 9, 9, and 7 night tonight at halftime, he will surely improve all of those numbers. Come March he will be averaging a triple double.

No doubt.

Even if OKC makes the playoffs they probably won't last until the 2nd round to play Houston, they would far more likely meet in round 1.

As far as Westbrick averaging a triple-double? If he's not too busy whining about Zaza trying to break his leg he still has a long way to go.

He could quite possibly average 9 assists per game the rest of the season, but it's highly unlikely he'll average 11.4 RPG over the next 21 games.

But if he wants to be averaging a triple-double by the beginning of March, he will need to get 49 rebounds in his next two games. No chance.

Well he got 12 last night so...

And the beginning of March isnt the end of the season so....

And Im sure he'll be more focused on getting the team playing well heading into playoffs and not getting the triple double.  But we all know if that's what he wants to do, he can.

Another 12 boards for Russ.

And look at Westbrick's FG percentages in each of the last 4 games: 36.4%, 28.6%, 26.7%, and 25%.

James Harden has become the fastest player in NBA history to reach:

  1. 15,000 points
  2. 3500 assists
  3. 3000 rebounds
  4. 1000 steals
  5. 300 blocks
  6. and 1500 made 3-pointers

in only 668 games. Paul Pierce was previously the fastest player to reach all those marks, but it took him 913 games to get there.

Let me know when that matters when recording a triple double or winning a game.

They still won and he is averaging the numbers he needs to to finish with another triple double.

I bet you won't bring up Balls Fg% from their last game though. I will.

100% 4-4 and 3-3 from 3.

Only busts can do that though.

Let me know when he becomes a player that wins a ring. Because all those stats will be forgotten about if he don't.

Just because Russ had a few games with 10 or more rebounds doesn't mean he will average more than 11.3 RPG over the next 19 games. Who knows, maybe it does in your mind, but I won't venture there. I actually hope he does finish with another triple-double because it will just delegitimize the one he had last season by showing that all that whiny little bitch cares about is padding his stats instead of winning like a true MVP like Harden does.

Westbrook has surpassed Harden this season in one category, turnovers. He's ahead 289-231.

Nothing about the Beard will be forgotten once he gets a ring (or two).

Of course according to you Harden will never get a ring, or an MVP despite the fact that he has been the favorite for this year's MVP for a while.

There's not a good argument for anyone other than Harden to win the MVP. It belongs to him this year.

But they are 89-1 when all three play. And when Harden is missing just one sidekick, they play much worse....

And this moron talks about just padding the stats and he doesn't care about winning. Lol

No said that last year when he put them on his back and did what he did.

One of the best and toughest competitors in the NBA.

You were just ceying about his shooting % being shitty over the past few games.

Then say all he cares about is padding stats.

You are a boxscore reading, fake ass fan. You know shit about the NBA and what players are actually good. You are, as skip said, "an easily wowed fan".

Anything is going to be a huge dropoff from 33-1. But even 17-12 with one of the big 3 missing is still better than 28-35 (LAL).
