I think the Titans got extremely lucky that the Bucs tanked that final game.  It kept them from having to make a decision.

If we didn't have a top two pick, we probably would have traded up to get one.

And only needing to get either of the first two picks, and hence looking to trade with either of the two teams with those picks, there would have been that many more possibilities to make the best trade possible.

With the first pick (and Whisenhunt as coach), we would have ran to the podium to draft Winston. Whisenhunt was a cunt that loved classic pocket qbs with big arms and he gave no fucks about who the better player was as long as they fit his shitty system. Whisenhunt would have given Webster a "Highlights" magazine that would have kept him distracted the entire offseason. Fuck those guys....those guys suck.

Yeah I would be ok with it only if it was like this. 

Because it would bring some excitement with the uncertainty but you have to give the lesser teams more of a chance.
