Looking for more info on this now. Potentially awesome news. Wonder what forced it.

In my searching for stuff I came across this tweet. I don't know exactly what this has to do with this thread at all, but I am shedding tears of laughter...

Bannon's spin on the departure struck me as odd.

Bannon said in a statement to the Wall Street Journal that while Obama national security adviser "Susan Rice operationalized the NSC during the last administration[,] I was put on to ensure that it was de-operationalized. General McMaster has returned the NSC to its proper function."

Don't recall anyone talking about Susan Rice until her name surfaced as a scapegoat, after the pivot to talking about leaks, after Flynn resigned, after details of Flynn's contacts were leaked.

Is he really saying now that we've got our people in, we don't need to worry about embarrassing revelations about our activities?

What does operationalized or de-operationalized even mean?
