We have what is real and we have what is BS. Real numbers say we have a rise in sea level of 4 inches in the last decade. Al Gore (and he appreciates your support and money) says we are going to have 20+ feet. So decide what group you want to be in. The smart group or the flat earth group? I really believe 100 years from now history will look back on the stupidity of mankind and revere the few who stood up for the truth. Read through this guys interview, read carefully his responses and then tell me anyone can come to the conclusion this is a closed issue and we need people lecturing us on this issue. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/8511670.stm I'm not really sure what the point was in post that. This part was interesting E - How confident are you that warming has taken place and that humans are mainly responsible? I'm 100% confident that the climate has warmed. As to the second question, I would go along with IPCC Chapter 9 - there's evidence that most of the warming since the 1950s is due to human activity. Again, has there been warming and some sea level changes? Quite possible. At least you're finally starting to admit this. It's the first step. Polls out now seem to indicate he wouldn't win now (9 points). That is where the position came from. He said the exact same about the polls before the last election. We need to start using renewable fuels, which requires a transition period, and being more energy efficient, which we can do right now. It's easy to cut your auto emissions in half overnight, as I did, with no real sacrifice. Buying solar panels can significantly limit the fossil fuels needed to run your house or businesses.
