If this is a direct quote from McConell how does he not vote for impeachment now? I mean, he's literally saying Trump is guilty as charged.

Well, he's had way worse defenses than the top two I listed and never had success as a coordinator other than the first year in Detroit when he had Cunningham and Washburn on staff. 
 
But he couldn't possibly be any worse than what we have now, and he would likely improve the pass defense significantly. 
 
I'm not opposed to Austin, but he'd come with a Buyer Beware marker.

One thing to consider here that also was in place last offseason.  There's almost no chance that any mini-camps or OTA's will happen so bringing in new schemes/systems for either side of the ball could be challenging.

Lol.. right. Its so hard to get from Andrews to Capitol Hill in 3 hours. Its a 30 min drive (15.7 miles). No one wants any part of this crazy send off.

Conviction by the senate only requires 2/3 of the members present and voting.  If not all the republicans vote, then it doesn't require 17 votes to convict.
