Hall Of Famer

Hall Of Famer (5/5)

  1. Maybe we are in fact one of the top 30’s for Boyd lol. Also this
  2. I don’t even know why we are arguing lol. The only way Nabers or MHJ are available is if one of the them, the 4 QBs, AND Alt are all already drafted. So at that point you are now comparing Nabers or MHJ to Odunze or the next group of OT (Fashanu, Latham, Fuaga, etc.) or a trade down. And in that case, you run up the card for Nabers/MHJ, because the gap between them to the OT behind Alt is huge. There really is no sense in arguing MHJ/Nabers vs, Alt because if Alt is available it means Nabers/MHJ have already been drafted. And likewise if Nabers/MHJ is available, then it’s a near guarantee that Alt got drafted already and it’s not even a discussion. The only discussion would be if you get a crazy trade down offer. But I agree with @AussieTitanFan08. You take the best player available on your board if it isn’t close and it isn’t going to be close because you won’t be considering Alt vs. Nabers/MHJ. It’s other OT vs. MHJ/Nabers or Alt vs. the other OTs or a trade down that is the discussion.
  3. I guess the question is the new KR more like a Punt Return now in terms of lanes. Maybe your normal PR could be better. Maybe a RB would be better for it due to tight quarters and having to read blocks. The best return specialist still available are Deonte Harty, Jamal Agnew, Jakeem Grant, Deandre Carter, Richie James, Jerick McKinnon, Boston Scott, Lynn Bowden, and Joe Reed.
  4. Wouldn’t hate the idea of trading up from the second but it would almost assuredly cost us our 1st next year. I think they would rather go the vet + high level raw talent OT in the second (Suamataia, Paul, or Amegadjie) and hope Bill can coach them up route.
  5. Tons to consider. I do consider with the draft capital it would be a lot easier for them then anyone else to be able to trade back and then back up, while still preserving those first rounders they acquire via the trade down.
  6. Corley would be the perfect KR with the new rules and his RAC/YAC/break tackle skills.
  7. Funny enough, I could see Ran and Callahan both really like Pratt. Doubt they draft another QB because they want to instill confidence in Levis.
