Thats besides the point. A team with a Hall of Famer caliber Qb with a crappy roster around him is closer to winning a championship than a team with a great overall roster but a mediocre Qb. It's easier to put a great roster around a great qb than to find a great qb.

Having a top Qb is the most important thing.

A team with an average qb like Tannehill needs a perfectly crafted team around him in order to win anything The o line, rbs, wrs, defense, special teams all have to be above average to great to make up for having Tannehill at Qb. The problem is its not possible to build those units up with so much money tied into Tannehill and a running back

Tannehill had a 10 game hot streak 4 years ago and fan boys are still holding on to that. He has been complete trash for a while now
