  1. Vrabel said as much that his first concern is to make decisions that benefit the team. So, he cut McDonald who is a project to get a legit backup with some NFL experience. So, really a no-brainer to cut him loose along with Dawkins & a few others as well. Gotta say, after doing a little research, I'm very excited about Krishawn Hogan who is a big & talented WR who spent some time with New Orleans & was one of the last cuts with the Colts last year. I also like the Marcus Marshall pickup at RB as he is a powerful/elusive runner who might turn some heads once he gets acclimated.
  2. I think someone like Devon Kennard would be a nice pick up given he had 14 sacks in 2 years in Detroit...
  3. Midget was named their secondary coach in January of 2018...
  4. The Texans are imploding... & yes...the fake punt was about as stupid of a call that I've seen all year!
  5. Given the score...hopefully they sit his productive ass...
  6. Can't count on anything from the defense huh...lol...
  7. Lol...before we look too far ahead...maybe we should see if this team can get past an offensively depleted Colts team first...
  8. Thanks but I can't take credit for it as I found it on another board...
  9. I think during the game the announcers mentioned that the Chargers were, indeed, 11-1 all-time against the Titans...
  10. With the Chargers poor O-line...Simmons might well be a difference maker today...
  11. So...I'm curious...how do those "retards" differ than those who think the Titan's offensive woes are just at the QB spot...lol!
  12. For many, it starts from the "Mariota is the problem" narrative which then they just ball everything else into...
  13. I think he will wreak havoc & help to transform the entire unit...
  14. Sadly, given his idiotic defense of his decision to kick that FG yesterday...I think to only way Carter gets fired is when/if Vrabel & the rest of the coaches are shown the door...
  15. Mike Sando of The Athletic uncovered at least one reason for Mariota’s continued struggles: “The familiar part appeared under the column for touchdown passes,” writes Sando. “Mariota had zero (vs. Jaguars on Thursday) for the 22nd time in 58 starts since entering the NFL in 2015. That’s seven more than any other quarterback over those four-plus seasons. It’s the most for any quarterback in his first 58 starts over the past 20 seasons. Mariota has 19 starts without a passing or rushing score, six more than any quarterback since he entered the league. The recently benched Eli Manning is next.” https://clutchpoints.com/titans-news-nfl-executive-explains-why-marcus-mariota-has-fallen-short/

  17. Ugh...yes Davis missing camp was a problem. But the point I was trying to make is for "experienced" depth, someone definitely made the wrong call to cut Levin (who was/is competent) in favor of Douglas who doesn't belong on an NFL roster...
  18. I just wanna know who made the call to keep Douglas over Levin? I mean, neither are world-beaters by any means but at least Levin looked competent the few times he started last season.
  19. Yeah, I understand that but thanks anyway Captain Obvious. But, it's just that I'm not certain that RT is truly any better than the other QB's who will be available after the season. As...to my point...until he starts and can show he can be effective in this offense, neither do you or anyone else here...
  20. Wow...so you really think that a "bridge QB" is what JR & Vrabel should aspire to/settle for next season? In what world would this make any f'n sense for a team as talented & clearly in the "win now" mode as the Titans are?
