Would you have drafted a QB at 7 if the Titans hadn't invested in Levis last year? If so, who? Which of the top QBs drafted would you take over Levis right now ignoring realities of drafting them? I already know OMAN would be building around Rudolph (inb4 "they already are!").

It was concerning to see only 5'9 but he's also listed at around 190 pounds and unlike some of the other smaller receivers like him he actually looks it. Pretty compact build. I'm with @Justafan...competent returner and a few drawn up plays and hed be worth the selection already.

They probably had a very high grade on him. Seems like they probably had him as the prime target with this pick and wouldn’t really move off of him. Apparently they made a similar trip for a player last year but wouldn’t reveal who it was though.
