Hall Of Famer

Hall Of Famer (5/5)

  1. "Overall, I believe Alt, with his size/length/plus athleticism/efficiency of execution, can be a Day 1 starter and a solid LT as he develops. Still, there will be growing pains and some bad snaps, especially vs. the better edge rushers in the NFL, as he acclimates to the NFL."
  2. St Thomas Mid Town (Baptist) is my preference; they're affiliated with some really good doctors across the street as well.
  3. Centennial grossly over admits and over schedules, you can end up in their pre admittance purgatory area for days; they did it to my demnted mom and triggered terrible episodes and then just knocked her out with drugs as a solution.
  4. He gets so caught up in trying to use guys names in his little schtick performances that he barely pays attention to what's going on; he's gotten way worse the more misplaced acclaim he's gotten for it.
  5. Arnold and his agent actually pushed back hard on it at first; he had done the Conan movie and others where he played the brute and wanted to play a heroic role. Cameron actually pictured it much more like the 2nd movie where the terminator would be a more athletic guy. He supposedly saw Arnold in a leather jacket one day and decided to change things around. He sold it to Arnold by telling him it would make him the biggest action star in Hollywood and that he would make it up to him in a later film, which he did in True Lies.
  6. When they had the jurors do a tour of his condo, his lawyers removed all the pictures of him and his white corporate friends and replaced them with pictures of black people.
  7. James Cameron considered OJ for the Terminator role in the first movie, but felt that nobody would buy him as a killing machine because he had only done comedic work, true story. Arnold was originally going to be Kyle Reese.
  8. I also refuse to believe that Payton is seriously planning on going into his second season after a disastorous first with Jarret Stidham as his starting QB.
  9. For a guy that size to measure over means they had to be really pouring them down. BAC is very much influenced by weight, big guys have a built in adavantage when it comes to registered BAC.
  10. It's actually hard to tell, but it is captioned Last Rep Fun.
  11. Like it or not, throwing off platform is a big thing with today's QBs in the league and yes they practice it and some coaches, McDaniel being one of them, even encourage it. The thought is that a lot of the time there will be a rusher that prevents them from properly stepping into the throw. Now do I think it doesn't hurt their accuracy and do I think Levis doens't need to work on his mechanics some? Defiinitely not, but that particular clip to me looks like that is what he's doing becuase the mechanics are so far off on it.
  12. Elway was 12/22 123 yds with an int in SB XXXII, he did have a better game in 33
  13. NFL QBs all practice throwing off their back foot nowadays, it's done deliberately. With as many reps as he's taken at the spot, you can't believe his footwork is that poor.
  14. One more for the mix : https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10115684-nfl-draft-2024-rumors-jj-mccarthy-could-very-well-be-commanders-pick-at-no-2
