Senate races left

Looks like Sinema has pulled ahead in AZ.

It's down to .2% in FL with a recount likely.

Mississippi going to a run off. You'd have to think MS going blue would be very unlikely though.

Dems could end up almost breaking even in the Senate with a very favorable map heading into 2020. Romney also hates Trump.

Could very easily end up 47 Dems if you count the independents. 48 if FL goes blue and we're right back where we were in 2016. If MS flips and we end up at 49? Holy crap especially with the very unfavorable map the Dems started with having to defend something like 22 seats to the Republicans 13. That flips in 2020 and Republicans are defending more.

Yeah it's strange that each candidate has around 925,000 votes and there are still 300,000+ votes to count. WTF AZ? You have one person counting?

Mail in ballots iirc.

Dems have 12 seats up for reelection in 2020 with 6 considered competitive while Republicans have 22 with 12 considered competitive.

You'd have to expect Doug Jones to lose in AL though if he's not up against Roy Moore. Incumbents have the advantage though so you never know.

Votes by mail being opened by hand.

Why are there always a few boxes of mislaid ballots always found after a Republican is declared a winner or who is ahead in the election? And why after the votes are tallied is the outcome ALWAYS that the Democrat wins the election?

AZ and FL could both end up going blue essentially resulting in 48 Senate seats for Dems.

That means Collins being up for reelection in 2020 would be paying very close attention to this blue wave among others.

They need to get Collins out. I'll take a diehard Trump sycophant over a lady who acts like she has a conscious and votes against it.

Aka 90% of Republicans in office?

Yep. I'll take people like Blackburn and Graham over Flake and Collins. Since they will vote the exact same every single time I would rather have the idiots front and center.
