You've said for the last two years he's a running QB and he can't play from the pocket. You said they brought in Fowler so they could run Marcus more.   You've said a lot of stupid shit

BUT HE IS KILLING THE FRANCHIZE

He's been consistently inconsistent his entire career. He shows flashes of elite play sandwiched between mediocrity and downright bad play. He's arguably the worst kind of QB you can have because he'l

I love how MM played today. He’s getting more comfortable in the pocket. However, there’s something about his release. Not after the injury, just in general. Something about the way he holds/grips the ball. Something about the trajectory when it leaves his hand. It oftens floats up, although he can definitely throw strikes.

Still. Love what he did today.

This was probably the biggest game of Mariota’s career. By the end of the game, the GOAT was benched and Mariota was standing supreme.

People will make a bigger deal of Brady's benching, but that was done because Belichick knew we had their number today. He wasn't about to risk their endgame on a single quarter of regular season ball. Plus they have the BYE next week so they'll have time to regroup and get healthy, get Gronk back.

Who knows? We may wind up seeing them again in January. Hopefully here.

Yes they benched brady cause the game was over. But he had to suck today to be so out of it to be benched. Mariota is not brady. 99% chance he never will be close. But today. He was better from start to finish.

Today I actually saw what some posters have called a "shot-put" throwing delivery..the difference on some throws is that he has completely rotated his torso, then the throw lags behind just a split second..however most of his throws are NOT made this way.. it seems that is his mechanism for a lobbed or touch pass he wants to drop into the receiver, not the throws he drives and has a clear lane for..IMO

Their whole offense sucked today though. And their oline became a sieve.

Brady was benched as a preservation effort. If this were a play off game or a game deciding whether or not they were going to the playoffs you can bet he'd have finished the game.
