NY state attorney general sues Trump foundation for persistent illegal activities

New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood is suing President Donald Trump, the Trump Foundation and three of Trump's adult children, alleging the foundation has been in "persistent violation of state and federal law governing New York State charities." The attorney general is seeking to dissolve the foundation for "its persistently illegal conduct," according to the lawsuit.

117. Simultaneous with the filing of this Petition for Dissolution, the Attorney General
has notified the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Election Commission concerning
potential violations of the Code and federal election law that may subject the Foundation and its
directors and officers to substantial penalties or fines. Pursuant to N-PCL §§ 1115(a) and 1007(c)
distributions of corporate assets upon dissolution should be deferred until the complaints to the
Internal Revenue Service and Federal Election Commission have been resolved and it is
determined if any penalties or fines will be imposed on the Foundation.

If that invoice is legit, I dont see where Trump "personally" ordered it. His signature is not on it and his name on the header doesn't prove he ordered it.

I understand that you probably don't grasp the concept of personal letterhead in a business context, but that is the exact purpose of said letterhead in a business context.
