NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Titans have agreed to terms with veteran receiver Nick Williams.

Williams, heading into his fifth NFL season, played the last three seasons with the Atlanta Falcons (2015-17) after spending a year with the Washington Redskins (2013).

The 5-foot-10, 184-pound Williams has played in 22 games in his career. He has 28 catches for 263 yards and two touchdowns. He had his best NFL season in 2015 in Atlanta, when he caught 17 passes for 159 yards and two touchdowns.

Current Titans offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur served as quarterbacks coach with the Falcons in 2015-16.

Williams initially signed with the Redskins as a free agent in 2013. LaFleur was also quarterbacks coach with the Redskins that season.

Williams played in 42 games in college at Connecticut from 2009-12, and he recorded 43 career receptions for 588 yards and two receiving touchdowns along with 11 career rushing attempts for 43 yards and one rushing touchdown.

Williams, 27, racked up 2,045 yards on 79 career kick returns with two touchdowns at UConn, an average of 25.9 yards per return with a career long of 100 yards. Also had 52 punt returns for 470 yards with two touchdowns and a long of 80 yards.

The Titans have now added 11 veterans via free agency or the waiver system. The group includes former Ravens receiver Michael Campanaro.

Williams joins receivers Rishard Matthews, Corey Davis, Tajae Sharpe, Taywan Taylor, Campanaro, Zach Pascal, Darrius Jennings and a big group of undrafted free agents recently signed by the Titans.

The Titans kick off OTAs next week at Saint Thomas Sports Park.

Who?

Quick name the 4th or 5th wr on any team, the guy knows the offense is the only reason he is here.

Was going to make a post about this. Seeing as he's a "veteran" and the only stats we're looking at are college stats, that speaks for itself. Zzzzz
