How did that GM do that?

Only one draft pick started in 2016.

Webster left a boat load of money in free agency and his left tackle was entering his 3 Rd year and QB his 2 nd year.

So what are you crediting that GM for?

Budgeting the money to get free agents?

The one draft pick  starter?

I'm not following, an I missing something?

You don't think he significantly improved the depth of the team?

With 12 picks in the first 100 before trading picks away, I would expect him to improve starters.

I mean, what does he need?

Every pick in the top 10 to pick starters?

Lawd Ham Mercy!

Well he ended up with 9 picks in the first 100 and came away with

Starters:

Corey Davis

Jack Conklin

Adoree Jackson

Kevin Byard

Derrick Henry (should have been the starter and will be in 2018)

Significant Role Players:

Austin Johnson

Jonnu Smith

That's 7 out of 9 players he hit on in the top 100

Kevin Dodd being the only real bust to this point due to injuries

Taywan Taylor looks like our slot receiver for 2018, unless we draft someone this year.

Your one failed argument after another...

Lmao..You are funny my friend.

You make my case that Jrob was NOT the reason.

Man, can't argue with that logic. Especially, when your case jumps back and forth as you flounder.  He hit on 78% of his top 100 picks and that's a failure.  Of the two I left out 1's career has been derailed by injuries, but I forgot JRob needs to also needs to be a prophet to foresee injuries.  The other is a 3rd round rookie receiver which let's be honest how many rookie receivers in the 3rd or later make a huge impact in year 1?

Please, they been roasting that boy since the Oakland game.

I'm not going to give a film study about Byard getting his ass roasted, time  and time again, teams were picking on him and you didn't see it?

Lawd Ham Mercy.

The knowledgable posters seen it but they are not going to comment BECAUSE they don't won't it to sound like they agree with Tez but they know Byard was getting grilled.

Only two players get picked as All Pro. His credentials speak for him regardless of what you think. The guy was a stud last year.

It has been a science since Pee Wee football, You stack your numbers aganist weak teams, to compensate for the goose egg against strong teams, so you can make the all Star team, UNLESS you are a bad ass.

That's a sports secret!

Name me two better safeties last year.

So in your book, a GM's job is to pick depth and you go to FA and get over priced players that Other GMs pick for starters.

Yeah, you are a modern day budget buster.

Do you live in Cleveland Ohio?

Changing your argument again?  Keep floundering buddy.

The only way your going to prove your point is to show teams with more starters from the past two draft classes and how it translated to on the field success, your not going to.  I already proved we were tops in rookie snap count in both years.

Show me teams that were worst.

Start at 32 and work your way to 1 and I will examine your findings.

You made the statement JRob was a terrible GM because of his draft classes, you can't even support your own argument haha.  Burden of proof is on you to make your point not us.

2015 draft-Mariota, DGB, Poutasi, Blackson, Fowler, Cobb, Mount, Gallic, McBride.  We had 9 picks and the results are evident.  Enough said.  Other than the obvious pick at #2, all worthless and gone.  There is a reason we ended up with the number 1 pick the next year.

Ruston Webster GM from 2012-2015 had 30 draft picks which only 3 remain on the roster going into 2018 and some people want to complain about Jrob!
