I for one, obviously, hate him and believe he is fundamentally unfit to be president. Having said that, it would be disingenuous to pretend that he didn't have the support of a lot of military people. The military traditionally leans right and I know a lot of guys who support him. He's crossed a lot of lines though. There are a lot of immigrants in the military who served in order to gain citizenship so some of Trump's stuff hits pretty close to home. Unfortunately, I can also attest that at least in most infantry units guys soak up the propaganda and are rather oblivious to the fact that most of that stuff is doing more harm than good. Still, mixed opinions and for the most part, we keep those opinions to ourselves in a public setting.
