Yep.  Just like the Giants should have done with that WR they drafted a few years ago.   They use a first round pick on the guy....and  he pulls a hammy in camp and is sidelined for 2-3 months.   Does

No, Denali is right.    It would be better to IR him now and eliminate any possibility of having him healthy and available for the critical games down the stretch.   They can bring back Doug

Robiskie has went on record to say that this is the best thing for Corey Davis.  He explained that the body is a tool and that the mind is the owners manual.  He says that a "a knife is just a stick u

We're coming up on week 7 and he still ain't going to be playing, with no start date in sight.

This reminds me of the arguments about CJ's big holdout and people standing up Emmitt Smith as a counterexample.

You're aware that this is a completely different injury right? The ankle injury he had before the draft hasn't affected him and he pretty much had a full preseason until the hammy. Him being hurt before the draft has no impact on this.

I'm sure the plan when he went down was to let him sit until after the Bye.   Hamstring injuries for WR have to be 110% healed or they will restrain them easily. He will be more important to this team down the stretch and in the playoffs than to risk losing him for the whole season because you rushed him back. If they would have let him fully heal instead of rushing him back for week 1 he would probably be back by now.

He was out all pre-season too.

But it doesn't matter. It takes however long it takes to get him healthy. This is just a thread venting frustration at the situation.
