Kirkster
Amara Darboh WR Michigan (6'2,214lbs) Mid-Round Sleeper for y'all on this Friday evening. Reminds me of Anquan Boldin, but a little faster. Thick upper torso allows him to beat up on smaller CBS. Ran some great numbers at the combine 4.46 forty, 17 reps on the bench. Solid if unspectacular college numbers but he does seem to be getting better. Solid player, seems to enjoy the game. Team first mentality. Seems to fit what we are looking for at X receiver. Might be a nice pick up in the 3rd round at either pick, if we don't take Williams or Davis in the first round. Anyone else like his skill-set and fit? Huston
Nice value in the third and maybe 4th.
Bongo59
There are a lot of sneaky good WR in this draft. I think it is a deep WR draft. I think it is weak at the top but man 2-4 there are some studs. And I think those guys will out perform the top three guys.
AussieTitanFan08
Receiver Amara Darboh caught fire with a terrific performance at the combine and kept the momentum going at pro day. He ran great routes and caught the ball well yesterday. Starting on Thursday night Darboh met with the Tennessee Titans, Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints. http://draftanalyst.com/pro-day-michigan-wrap
titanskick8851
I really like Darboh a lot and he seems like the Mularkey/Jrob type of WR. Coming from a Pro-style offense he already knows how to run a variety of routes and should also come in as a relatively solid Run blocker out at WR. begooode
I'm starting to think the Titans might draft 2 WRs this year.

I want two WRs and a TE in the draft. We need it. Don't seeing us drafting any oline, so 3 receiving options for Marcus should be possible.

Here is NFL.coms Gil Brandt's take on yesterday's Michigan pro day, with a video of Mayock interviewing Harbaugh raving about Peppers. No1TitansFan
Darboh's from Sierra Leone, came over as a child, and played mostly soccer as a kid. He's somewhat of a late bloomer whose better days might be in front of him. Chesson hurt his knee at the end of last year and wasn't up to full speed at the start of the year and Darboh stepped up nicely, becoming their leading receiver this year. And Dodd was a good value pick. So, I guess the point is that Charlton might be a good backup OLB? I didn't watch him play much this year, but he's got good size. He's not super fast, though, and I think he's undersized to play DE in our scheme. So I don't see the fit. Like you, I think he would be redundant on our team, assuming the coaches like what they saw from Dodd. I'm more interested in Butt. (Ok...gonna let that line stand on its own before moving on) If we can get him with our second 3rd round pick, we can afford to practically red shirt him while we rely on Walker...I think. We do need another TE, so it's a bit risky to use a highish pick on a guy that probably can't play at full strength until halfway through the season. But we would still get a late first, early second round value in Butt, which might be hard to resist. BTW, Brandt says he thinks Peppers's best fit is....RB?? I mean, I guess he could do this, but talk about raw.
