Jonboy
Might as well lock-in Garrett at #1 in all the mocks.
SleepingTitan
I'd rather that than 2 qbs with #1 & #2. What's the world gonna do when the Jags shock everyone and take Deshaun Watson or some Wentz?
siamesedinasour
This has pretty much been consensus since April 2016. Occasionally, you get a "rogue" mocker who tries to outsmart everyone and take someone else. But, it would be a huge shock if he's not the #1 overall pick. A bong video on draft might not even change that.
titansfan
Draft starts at 3.. Watson will be #2 after "rising " this off-season

Stranger
Probably the best and safest pick for the Browns. Is there even a QB worthy of the 1st overall pick this year? Browns would definitely be wise to wait until the 12th pick to take a QB.

I wouldn't be shocked if he went Trubisky. Watson is the best option for a day 1 starter though. I also wouldn't be surprised if they passed on a QB in the first round. That team is so demolished a face of the organization type player could be ruined. Kiser Kaaya or Mahomes could all be there in the 2nd.
titansfan
Mahomes will be a 1st rounder.. crazy gifted

His mechanics are wildly inconsistent and need a lot of work. Insane arm talent though.
Hyperion
The Browns would be wise to defer to the 2018 draft for quarterback. That's when they could find a real difference maker.
socaltitan
If they go 1-15 again, Depodesta, Hue, etc might not even make it to 2018. Especially with Haslam as the owner.
abenjami
If Garrett is this good, perhaps we should trade up from #5. The Browns could still get either Watson or Kizer at #5.

Same with Mitch Trubisky (sounds like a character out of a spy novel). There's no better analysis of QB potential than how their name sounds. Call me Mel Kiper. To move up we would have to give our #18 and if I'm the Browns I jump on the deal. Agreed. As good as Garrett is, he's not better than, say, Jamal Adams and Sidney Jones or OJ Howard combined (or whatever realistic options you have at 5 and 18). OILERMAN
Garrett plays a way more important position than those other players
