luvyablue256
PK just mentioned it on 104.5. What all did it say?
jphardy
Typical "I know we suck, but we'll get better". http://www.tennessean.com/story/titansinsider/2015/02/23/titans-tommy-smith-lp-field/23890807/
freakingeek
He talked more about the improvements they have made to the concessions than he did improving the 2nd worst team in the league. Basic fluff piece. I would have liked to hear something on the order of  "This offseason, our organization will do a complete evaluation of every position from the management to coaching staff and all the way down the roster to identify areas we need to improve and make the appropriate changes. We will aggressively pursue players in free agency that we feel will make an immediate positive impact on our on-the-field performance." enigma
I think Climer has the right perspective on this..."forget the food & fix the football team"... ctm
From the letter:  "The upcoming free agency period and NFL draft will provide avenues to improve our personnel, and we believe the on-field play will improve with the continuity of the coaching staff and a year in our coaches' new systems."---T. Smith  If you are selling continuity after going 2-14, then you have nothing to sell. freakingeek
Jamalisms
More important than the letter, did he send another bobblehead and who's shipping me theirs this year? Don't all volunteer at once! freakingeek

Mythos27
Those of us who have to pay out the ass for the Sunday Ticket package to watch these bozos should get a letter specifying why we need to keep our subscription. You know the struggle. Online service was ass this past season.
SuperFreak90
More important than the letter, did he send another bobblehead and who's shipping me theirs this year? Don't all volunteer at once! No, they sent a $50 gift certificate to the Titans pro shop. Edited February 24, 2015 by SuperFreak90
Number9
Here's one improvement that stood out to me. Â --Improved efficiency at entry gates to speed traffic flow while following NFL security guidelines. Â This was a problem for several of the season ending games. Â We bought and paid for the tickets. Â To save money, they closed gates and decreased staff. Â The product on the field was already poor, but getting some extra dollars in the coffers was more important than accommodating the loyalists who showed up. Â That said a lot to me about how they really feel about the paying customers. Â You can bet they heard a lot about it on those surveys. Â I think some things you should not have to be begged to get right. Â Making Jake Locker stay healthy and throw accurately is a challenge. Â Treating customers fairly just isn't a hard thing to do. freakingeek
No, they sent a $50 gift certificate to the Titans pro shop. Oh wow! Maybe I can pick up a discounted Chris Johnson jersey! That is such a load of bull hockey. If I was sure they would spend the money they saved by doing that on improving the roster, I'd be down with it. And I thought the Eddie George bobble head was bad.
