These threads are always the same. Everyone complaining about the cost as if every signing has to be below market value with high level production. It gives me more respect for Levis that he gave Vrabel's retention his support despite knowing this. It's hard not to root for the guy. I don't know how accurate Manning has been in his coaching recommendations, but it's hard not to be excited about Callahan and Levis being paired together. I hope BC is successful just because he's our HC, but this is the first time in many years it's felt like someone intelligent is actually in charge. Most of our previous staff over the years have had their moments of greatness, but many of them come across like the lights are on but nobodies home.

As fans we want every hire to be a home run hire. Maybe he'll surprise us or maybe the high caliber coaches around him will elevate him. No reason to be overly pessimistic about him since Callahan will be calling plays.

If this isn't satire, then you may want to consider a different forum. TR is easily the best place to discuss the Titans, but you have to have thick skin or learn to use the ignore function. Don't sweat the posters who give you shit, they give everyone shit. It's part of the initiation process. The only appropriate change would be to full Oilers uniforms. I wasn't crazy about the current uniforms but they've grown on me. I just hope we don't go the jags route and have ordinary ass uniforms.
